The last 8 weeks, dealing with the impact of the Covid-19 virus, have certainly been challenging and have had an impact on all both professionally & personally. I was taught to always look for the “silver lining” and that everything happens for a reason, which is certainly difficult through the experiences and heavy losses that New York and the country have experienced. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone that has experienced the devastating effects of this virus.
On the positive, we are fortunate to be in one of the few areas re-opening first and our remote office staff will be returning in-house on Monday, May 18th. We look forward to continuing to maintain our quality product and unparalleled customer service.
During the transitional time, we grew as a company; successfully placing our entire staff in remote connection, changing our very heavy paper processes to 100% electronic processing, and increasing our ability to communicate effectively remotely.
We thank our distributors, customers, and sales reps for their continued business, loyalty, and encouragement through these difficult times. We look forward to serving you going forward as a stronger & even more effective team. Though the impact may be ongoing so is our strength and resilience to serve you.
