interlocking pan sections. Sections are factory
coated with industrial quality polyester white paint.
Sections are 3" (76.2 mm) high with varying
widths able to support minimum of 50 psf (244 kg/m3)
live load. Roof drains into a full perimeter gutter
system. Fixed windows are single pane 1/8"
(3.2 mm) tempered safety glass and locks. Glass
is glazed within wall system extrusions and not
fastened to exterior wall. Sliding doors are extruded
aluminum frame, top hung type using heavy duty ball
bearing nylon tire with steel hub and solid brass
cylinder lock. Optional is a commercial grade swing
door and lock set.

galvanized structural tube frame. Floor assembly
is 2" (50.8 mm) thick comprised of galvanized
steel under-side, insulation and 1/8" (3.2
mm) aluminum treadplate finished floor. Wall panels
are 14 ga exterior, galvanized, MIG welded into
place, 2" (50.8 mm) R-16 insulation, and a
16 ga inside face. Interior ceiling is a foam core
panel system constructed from 24 ga prefinished
white with expanded polystyrene core.
Roof construction is 20 ga, G-90 interlocking pan
sectors. Sections are factory coated with industrial
quality polyester white paint. Sections are 3"
(76.2 mm) high with varying widths able to support
minimum of 50 psf (244 kg/m3) live load, draining
into a full perimeter gutter system. Exterior surfaces
are smooth and flat and painted using an epoxy/urethane
paint system designed to withstand salt spray and
freeze/thaw. Fixed windows are 3/16" (4.8 mm)
tempered safety glass. Sliding and cashier windows
are 1/8" (3.2 mm) tempered safety glass. Window
frames are anodized aluminum and fastened to building
with no exposed fasteners. Moving windows are supplied
with locking device. Standard doors are sliding
type, top hung style using an aluminum overhead
track and rollers. Swing door is commercial grade
aluminum with 3 hinges and closure arm. Both style
doors are supplied with morose locks and removable
cylinders.
Aluminum Shelters
Custom length and width, 86" (2184.4 mm) exterior
height and 82" (2082.8 mm) interior ceiling
height. Frame is 6063-T6 aluminum alloy extrusions
assembled using internally located mechanical fasteners.
Roof construction is 20 ga steel, G-90 galvanized
steel interlocking pan sections factory coated with
industrial quality polyester white paint. Sections
are 3" (76.2 mm) high with varying widths able
to support minimum of 50 psf (244 kg/m3) live load.
Roof drains into a full perimeter gutter system
and drains by scupper in rear of shelter. Interior
ceiling is a foam core panel system constructed
from 24 ga prefinished white with expanded polystyrene
core and able to support optional lighting or heat
panels. Fixed windows are single pane _" (6.4
